$346,000 collected in rates by Sigatoka Town Council

The Sigatoka Town Council has collected $346,000 in town rates for this year.
CEO Tulsi Ram said they are left to collect about $2,000 this year.
Ram highlighted that the council is owed $38,000 in town rates which has accumulated over the past 6 years.
He added that people have made arrangements with the council to pay their rates in installments.
