Thirty Police Officers have completed the one-week Investigators Empowerment Workshop held at the Labasa Police Station training room.
While officiating at the closing of the workshop, Divisional Police Commander North, and Senior Superintendent of Police, Kemueli Baledrokadroka called on the officers to put into practice lessons learnt for the sake of improving service delivery.
SSP Baledrokadroka reminds them to put their heads down, continue to work and let their work speak for itself.
He says they must never compromise the values and ethics of policing.
He adds they are gauged on the success and failures of their investigations, with shortcuts or failure to comply with relevant legislation and procedures always surfacing, leaving no place to hide
