3-year-old girl dies in a tragic accident at the Lautoka Bus Stand

A 3-year-old girl died in a tragic accident at the Lautoka Bus Stand at about 5pm yesterday.

The young girl was crossing from behind a parked bus with her mother when she was allegedly hit by a 30 seater bus.

The 3-year-old died at the scene.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro says the driver is being questioned at the Lautoka Police Station.
