Suspended police constables, Benedito Bolabiu, Laisenia Naiwau and Lasaro Turagadrau who allegedly assaulted and poured hot water on a suspect last month will take their plea on 6th February next year.
They appeared before High Court Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe this morning.
Bolabiu, Naiwau and Turagadrau are charged with one count each of act intended to cause grievous harm.
They allegedly unlawfully wounded the man by pouring hot water on his back and hitting his leg with a concrete block at Pacific Harbour Community Post.
Bolabiu, Ratuvabea and Turagadrau's bail has been extended.
