Three men charged with the murder of a 46-year-old fisherman at Lokia Landing in Nausori were produced at the Suva High Court before Justice Achala Wengapulli today.
Waisea Motonivalu, Eroni Raivani and Niko Baleiwairiki are each charged with one count of murder and one count of aggravated robbery.
It is alleged that the three men brutally assaulted the man before stealing the 15hp Yamaha outboard engine earlier last month.
They are further remanded in custody.
The state prosecution served the full phase of disclosures to the defence counsel today.
The prosecution represented by Yogesh Prasad and Susan Durukai asked for time to get the colored photos of the victim.
The court has given them time till next Monday.
The matter is adjourned to next Wednesday.
