A 29-year-old man will be produced at the Nadi Magistrates Court tomorrow after being charged with the alleged murder of a 41-year-old labourer at Delainamaka Settlement in Nadi.
Police says the accused is alleged to have assaulted the victim on the 8th of December following a heated argument.
They say the victim was rushed to the Lautoka Hospital in critical condition and passed away the following day.
