20-year-old Shivneel Narayan of Tavua is $30,000 richer after he scratched a Fiji Scratch ticket at the Fiji Tattslotto agency in Lautoka today.
Narayan who is a FNU student said he could not believe his eyes when he saw $30,000 written on his ticket.
He is studying on a Loan Scheme and now he has no worries in completing his tertiary education and repaying the loan.
