2019 Miss Fiji Contestants

The 2019 Miss Fiji Pageant has been officially launched.

There are 17 contestants in the 2019 Miss Fiji Pageant and they are the winners of the township and city festivals held in 2018 and 2019.

While speaking at the launch, Organizing Committee's Chairman, Div Damodar says the main aim of this event is to empower women for the development of the societies and enhance the quality of social and economic development, leadership and resource management.

Damodar says the pageant provides the platform to women that will enable them to reach various goals and aspirations as part of their personal and professional development.

Damodar says the pageant will give the 17 young ladies an opportunity to speak on issues that they are passionate about and their ability to influence positive change in the Pacific.

The Miss Fiji Pageant also unveiled their new Miss Fiji Logo last night.

The 2019 Miss Fiji Pageant will be held from the 11th to 15th November at the Suva Civic Auditorium.

The winning 2019 Miss Fiji will be representing Fiji at the 2019 Miss South Pacific Island Pageant Contest which will be held in November in Papua New Guinea.
