Fiji Fashion Week Director, Ellen Whippy-Knight says they will be showcasing the journey and improvements the event has come through to reaching its 10th year.
Whippy-Knight says this is a major achievement considering they never really had major corporate sponsorship.
She says fashion is now exposed to young people in the communities who get to pursue their dream in designing.
36 designers are now confirmed in the three main shows while 10 designers in the Children’s show.
The number of student designers are still yet to be confirmed.
The Fiji Fashion Week will be held on Monday the 22nd of May to Saturday the 27th of May at the Vodafone Arena.
