Leaders are great not because of their power but because of their ability to inspire others.

Those were the words of the Director of Immigration Nemani Vuniwaqa while delivering his speech at the graduation ceremony of the Pacific Leadership programme which was organised by the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service and the New Zealand Customs Authority.

The 20 graduates are from the Bio-Security of Fiji, the Fiji Police Force, Fiji Revenue and Customs Service and Customs officials from New Caledonia and the Solomon Islands.

Vuniwaqa says that leaders often tend to forget their employees who are an important part of an organisation.
