$20 million Uduya Point Apartment construction to begin soon

Construction work of the $20 million Uduya Point Apartments in Lami will begin in two weeks time.

Concrete Solutions are currently setting the site for Pacific Building Solutions to start with the construction work.

The development design has taken full advantage of the surroundings including two jetties to add to the current boat ramp.

Director for Pacific Building Solutions, Michael Fairfax says they are contributing further to Fiji’s economic growth by creating employment for up to 150 people for the duration of the project.

He adds that once the 26 apartment blocks are built, the owners and tenants will have access to water based activities right on their doorstep.

The Uduya Point Apartments are owned by Hari Punja and Pacific Building Solutions.
