2 people who breached curfew also charged for threatening Police officers

Two people who were arrested for breaching curfew in Raiwai have also been charged for threatening Police officers at the time of arrest.

They have been charged with one count each of criminal intimidation and resisting arrest.

20 people were arrested for breaching curfew restrictions over the last 48 hours.

14 cases were recorded on Saturday while 6 cases were recorded from 11pm Sunday to 4am today.

A 14-year-old boy was found loitering along the Vatuwaqa area.

Two people were found loitering at the Balawa Cemetery in Lautoka while a 40-year-old drunk man was found loitering in Vatukoula.

3 men in their 20's were found drunk in Taveuni.
