20-year-old Ashrita Ashna Prakash is one of the 146 students who graduated today from FNU Labasa.
Prakash, who is from Batinikama, graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and shared how much this day means to her.
Presiding over today’s ceremony was Head of the Fiji National University Dr Ganesh Chand.
He said today marks a significant step in the education of career progression of the graduates.
Meanwhile, the President of the Chamber of Commerce Ashok Karan said that among the developments happening in Labasa is the construction of a new FNU Campus at Naiyaca subdivision.
