A 14-year-old boy charged with 2 counts of rape will appear in court later this month.
The Suva High Court was informed the boy who is out on bail was to appear in court today however he was not present.
The boy allegedly raped his cousin, also a minor, on the 29th of November in 2019 and on 11th April this year.
The alleged incidents took place in Lami.
The matter has been adjourned to the 29th of October.
