12 new jobs was created after the opening of the revamped and improved Ashiyana Restaurant in the heart of Suva City last night.
Snehal Morris of Ashiyana Restaurant says they want to be the unique Indian restaurant where everyone will find different variety of unique modern Indian dish.
Morris says her family’s new $350,000 investment in the revamped restaurant has been long time coming as a lot of work was needed to get things into place.
She says they had to consult with the Suva City Council with regards to the maintenance works as the building is a heritage building in Suva.
Morris says their aim is to provide great serve with nice Modern Indian delicious food.
The Morris family started of their business as “Curry House” in 1988.
