12 countries are expected to participate at this year’s Fiji National University International Food festival.
The countries include Japan, Nepal, Italy, Thailand, China, India, Tonga, England, USA, Russia, South Africa and Mexico.
Event Organiser, Aqela Cakobau says they will be showcasing a variety of infused international and homegrown flavours, also a lovo making competition.
Meanwhile, there are 28 booths that will be available at the festival.
The Fiji National University 2015 International Food festival will also feature a Sake Brewing demonstration for the Brewing Ltd.
The Japanese based brewery is among the international act set to take centre stage at the festival for the week-long event.
The FNU International Food Festival will be held on the 10th to the 17th of this month at the FNU Namaka campus in Nadi.
