10 Queens and 4 Kings contestants will be participating in this year's Vodafone Festival of the Friendly North which was launched last night.
The president of Vodafone Festival of the Friendly North, Ram Lingam says the money that will be collected from this festival will be used to build a Multipurpose Hall in Labasa.
Lingam also says it is an ongoing project and will be completed in 3-4 years time, since they have already purchased the land in Labasa.
The Vodafone Festival of the Friendly North will be held from the 17th to the 24th of August with the theme ‘Prevent Pollution, Save our North’.
