1-year-old passes away after coconut tree falls on him

A 1-year-old boy has passed away after a coconut tree fell on him at Davuilevu Housing yesterday.

Police say the child was with his mother outside their Davuilevu Housing.

They say he was rushed to the Nakasi Health Center where he was unfortunately pronounced dead on arrival.

Investigation continues.
