A new life begins for 5 street dwellers today when they graduate with Technical Vocational Education Training certificates at the Fiji National University.

Founder and Leader of the Ahava Project Fiji, Naina Senito says these boys have completed a training program that includes Domestic Electrical Installation, Basic Screen Printing, Small Engine Repair and Household and Sanitary Plumbing.

Senito says under the Ahava Project, they have assisted the 5 students by providing Bula shirts, sandals and sulus.

She says with a number of good samaritans that offered their assistance, the boys were also given fresh haircuts for the graduation ceremony.

She adds after the 5 boys were very emotional as they started getting ready for their graduation ceremony.

The founder and leader of Ahava Project is thankful to the different agencies that came forward to assist them.

She is also thankful to the House of Mausio, Operation Grace, Tiki Togs, donors from overseas and individuals that helped the boys today.
