Newcomers Yasawa are aiming to improve their performance when they face defending champion Suva in the Skipper Cup competition on Saturday.
Yasawa Rugby Union Secretary Kinijoji Rakata says their first game against Nadi last week showed some of their weaknesses which they are working to improve this week.
He adds this was their first game in such a big competition and most of their players are new to the scene.
Rakata most of their players are from Lautoka and Yasawa.
Yasawa put up a brave performance against Nadi last week but it was not enough as they lost 17-7.
Yasawa will take on Suva at 3pm at the ANZ National Stadium.
In other matches this Saturday, the Skipper Cup and Farebrother Sullivan Trophy challenge between Nadroga and Namosi will be held at 3.30pm at Lawaqa Park, Tailevu will take on Lautoka at 3pm at Churchill Park while Naitasiri will host Nadi at 3pm at Ratu Cakobau Park.
