The US military is responding to an active shooter at the Naval Shipyard at Pearl Harbour, in Hawaii.
At least three people have been injured, two critically, reports Hawaii News Now.
According to a tweet by Joint Base Pearl Harbour-Hickam, the shooting was reported around 2:30pm local time.
A spokesperson told Hawaii News Now that the situation had now been "contained", but did not give any further details.
The Naval Shipyard repairs and maintains ships belonging to the US Pacific Fleet, which is headquartered at Pearl Harbour.
