TISI Sangam to continue providing free lunch to their students till the end of the year

TISI Sangam says they will continue to provide free lunch to students in their 27 schools across Fiji till the end of the year however in some schools the number of days or students who are provided lunch may change.

Secretary-General Damend Goundar says they currently provide three meals per week to students.

They provide 9000 meals per day.

He adds that they have been receiving a lot of assistance from ex-students and communities around their schools.

They predominantly provide ingredients and groceries to cater for vegetarian meals while donors have come forward to provide non-vegetarian meals.
