The Northern Division’s first play centre has opened at Damodar City Labasa, just in time for school students to persuade their parents to let them play during the school holidays.

Tumble Trolls Manager, Losana Tikomaimaleya, says this has also created five new jobs in the North.

She says they have invested $100,000 in the project because the demand in the North was very high, as there were no play centres there before.

Tikomaimaleya adds the play centre features a ball pit, slides, a volcano and a shaking bridge for children to enjoy.

She says they can accommodate up to 15 children at a time, with separate sections for infants and children aged 2 to 12.

Tikomaimaleya says business has been good, as they have been busy most of the time, operating from 9am to 9pm.
