Melbourne Rebels number eight Isi Naisarani has been brought into the Wallabies camp ahead of the third Bledisloe Cup test on Saturday.
Naisarani was used by Michael Cheika as the starting number eight in the four major World Cup Tests against Fiji, Wales, Georgia and England last year but new coach Dave Rennie held Naisarani out of his original squad to work on elements of his training.
The Fiji-born player is one of the Wallabies’ most aggressive ball-carrying threats.
It is unlikely Naisarani will force his way into the starting side, not with Harry Wilson, Michael Hooper and Ned Hanigan all performing well reasonably in Auckland.
The Wallabies meet the All Blacks in the third Bledisloe Cup test at 8.45 pm Saturday.
