120 student leaders from 20 schools across the Lautoka and Nadi area have been empowered in their leadership roles after completing a transformative Leadership and Communication Workshop organized by Leadership Fiji and Western Leadership Fiji Alumni members in conjunction with the Ministry of Education.

Leadership Fiji extends its thanks to Swami Vivekananda College for being the host for the workshop and to Fiji Water for keeping their facilitators hydrated.

Leadership Fiji says the workshop is aimed at equipping these young leaders with the essential skills needed to navigate the complexities of modern leadership and communication.

It says the program was designed to provide practical insights and hands-on strategies for effective communication, conflict resolution, serving others and team building.

They added that at Leadership Fiji, their goal is to create an engaging and impactful learning environment, and it’s gratifying to see the benefits these students gained from the workshop.

Leadership Fiji says the students engaged in various activities and group discussions, all aimed at enhancing their leadership styles and communication skills.

They say the workshop also provided a valuable networking opportunity, allowing those who attended a space to connect with their peers from different schools to share their experiences and challenges.

Leadership Fiji remains committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development among leaders in Fiji.

They say this workshop is part of a broader initiative to equip the next generation of leaders with the tools they need to inspire and drive positive change within their schools, communities, and future careers.
