Fiji-born Wallabies outside back Samuela Kerevi is set to make his international return for the Wallabies after 13 months since he last played an international test match.

Kerevi was called into the Wallabies squad this week by coach Joe Schmidt as an injury cover and is likely to make his way into the match day 23 squad that will play England on Sunday.

The 31-year-old says it is awesome to be back in the squad and he is grateful for the opportunity.

He says it’s exciting times for the Wallabies and he promises to let no one down, even while doubters will wonder if he could properly prepare for the sternest examination after one match in five months.

Kerevi says he has played over 40 caps now at Test level and he knows what it feels like to be in that arena and what his body needs to give, but more so the mindset that he needs.

He adds he has not got a lot of game time since last year's games, but he is just feeling his way back for this week.

The Wallabies will take on England at 3.10am Sunday at Twickenham Stadium.
