Former Fiji Bati star and two-time NRL player-of-the-year Jarryd Hayne has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman in her Newcastle home in 2018.
After three days of deliberating a jury found Hayne guilty of two counts of sexual assault.
He was found not guilty of aggravated sexual assault while recklessly inflicting actual bodily harm.
Hayne will be sentenced at Newcastle at a later date.
His first trial in Newcastle last year ended in a hung jury.
Hayne has also played for the Parramatta Eels and the NSW Blues.
