Five men to be produced in court for allegedly breaching quarantine guidelines by drinking grog and liquor in their hotel rooms

Five men who were in quarantine and had breached COVID-19 guidelines by allegedly drinking grog and liquor in their hotel rooms have been charged for breach of quarantine guidelines.

Acting Police Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu says they have completed their quarantine and will be produced in the Nadi Magistrates Court today.

10 people were arrested in the Western Division for breach of COVID-19 restrictions.
