Fiji FA announces $9.1m budget for development and maintenance

Fiji Football Association has announced a significant $9.1 million budget for development and maintenance, following a recent council meeting in Lautoka.

Fiji FA CEO, Mohammed Yusuf says the substantial budget is aimed at fulfilling various obligations.

Yusuf says the budget allocation will also go towards the multi-million dollar stadium project in Lomolomo, Lautoka.

He says work on this will begin this year.

The CEO adds they set up a big budget where they are working hard to achieve and fulfil all their obligations including infrastructure development, maintenance of academies and many more things.
