The Crusaders will be aiming to maintain their dominance against the Blues when the two unbeaten teams face each other this Saturday in the Super Rugby Aotearoa.

The last time the Blues defeated the Crusaders was in 2014 where they won by 35-24.

The Crusaders owning the Blues 24-11 in the head-to-head stakes can also be cast aside because the Crusaders knows full well it means nothing.

Assistant Coach Scott Hansen says there is a huge amount of respect for the Blues and they are a physical team that will be looking for big collisions against them.

He adds the Blues have got a mindset around working teams into the ground and they will need to be ready for it and they will. The Crusaders will take on the Blues at 7.05pm Saturday while the Highlanders will face the Hurricanes at 3.35pm Sunday.
