Panthers star scrumhalf Nathan Cleary is set to make his return from injury tonight when they take on the Roosters in the opening match of the first week of the NRL finals.

Cleary sat out the last three weeks of the regular season, but coach and father Ivan Cleary says his son is fit and ready to go in tonight's qualifying final against the Roosters.

Vodafone Fiji Bati fullback Sunia Turuva will start on the wing for the Panthers tonight.

Other prominent names in the Panthers lineup include Dylan Edwards, Izack Tago, Brian To'o, Jarome Luai, Moses Leota and Isaah Yeo.

The Roosters will be without the services of Mark Nawaqanitawase, while wingers Dom Young and Daniel Tupou are set to return after missing last week's win over South Sydney Rabbitohs.

The Panthers will meet the Roosters at 9.50 tonight.

In other matches this week, the Storm will take on the Sharks at 6.05pm tomorrow, the Cowboys will face the Knights at 9.50pm tomorrow and the Bulldogs will meet the Sea Eagles at 6.05pm Sunday.
