Sacramento Police Deputies have confirmed in the last hour that they have arrested two male juveniles in connection with the shooting incident that resulted in the death of Fijian athlete, Roy Ravana Junior on 48th Street in Sacramento County.
The Sacramento Bee reports that officials have now confirmed that two men in their 20s were shot.
Roy Junior passed away while the other man in his 20s suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Both suspects have been booked into the Sacramento County Juvenile Hall.
Sheriff’s officials are still investigating a motive for the shooting.
Meanwhile Roy Junior’s father, Roy Ravana Senior said the Marist Old Boys and the Fijian community there are in contact with the authorities.
Roy Senior is now making arrangements to go to the US to bring his son back home.
