A heavy rain warning is still in force for the whole of Fiji.
Flood waters have started receding in many areas in the western division but heavy rain is expected later today.
A flood warning is in force for Rakiraki Town, Wailotua, Wainimala river, Ba river, Sigatoka river, Semo river, Nadi River, Nadi Town, Mulomulo and Navua river.
There is a flood alert is in force for all low lying areas in Fiji and this includes Nayavu, Wainibuka river, Nairukuruku, Wainimala river, Waimanu, Rewa river, Dewala, Dreketilailai and Labasa river.
A Tropical Disturbance was located about 210 kilometres south-southeast of Kadavu. The tropical disturbance is moving southeast at 12 kilometres per hour.
An associated active trough of low pressure remains slow moving over Fiji.
Heavy rain is expected to continue until tomorrow.
A Tropical disturbance located near Vanuatu is moving southeast and the associated trough is expected to affect Fiji from this afternoon.
The Nadi Weather Office is also monitoring the development of a new Tropical disturbance in the south of the Solomon Islands.
