The Vodafone Fiji 7s team will be looking to continue its fine performance at the Vancouver 7s this weekend however, coach, Ben Ryan believes cold conditions will be a massive challenge for the players.
It is currently eight degrees Celsius in Vancouver.
Vatemo Ravouvou and Amenoni Nasilasila have been dropped due to illness and injury which has allowed Emosi Mulevoro and Sevuloni Mocenacagi to play in the inaugural Vancouver 7s.
Meanwhile, Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan expects another tough encounter with their Pacific neighbours Samoa.
It is one win a piece for the Vodafone Fiji 7s team and Samoa in this seasons World 7's Series and the two sides are now heading for the third tournament in Vancouver this weekend.
Having been thrashed 31‑0 in Sydney by Fiji last month, Samoa stunned the Ben Ryan coached outfit 28‑24 in their opening pool match in Las Vegas last weekend, ending Fiji's run of 39 consecutive wins in pool play.
The final team for Vancouver 7's:
Osea Kolinisau, Nemani Nagusa, Jasa Veremalua, Pio Tuwai, Jerry Tuwai, Josua Vici, Isake Katonibau, Masivesi Dakuwaqa, Kitione Taliga, Sevuloni Mocenacagi, Savenaca Rawaca and Emosi Mulevoro.
Barring any upsets, Fiji is expected to meet New Zealand, England or USA in the cup quarter finals.
Fiji currently tops the World 7's series standings with 91 points and are five points clear of South Africa who are placed second.
Fiji will take on Samoa at 6.14am tomorrow.
They will then face Portugal at 9.50am before taking on Kenya at 2pm tomorrow.
The Cup quarterfinals start at 6.08am next Monday, the semifinals will be at 10.08am Monday while the Cup final will be held at 1pm next Monday.
