The Fiji Roads Authority has confirmed that road works along Ratu Mara Road in front of RSMS is expected to be completed by 31st July.
Acting CEO of Fiji Roads Authority, Robert Sen adds that they have been closely working with the Water Authority of Fiji, and were carrying out some important repairs on the Nabua Sewer Trunk.
Sen says that reinstatement works for the sewer main repair section along the Ratu Mara Road has commenced as of last Saturday.
FRA says that only two lanes are open to traffic, the other two lanes will remain closed until the reinstatement works are completed at the end of this month if the weather permits.
Fiji Roads Authority is also urging motorists to adhere to the speed limit and drive with extra care and attention whilst these important works are undertaken.
