This is Ranjani Devi of Tavua Town who has won Radio Navtarang's Diwali Crack-Up Competition.

She has received $500 worth firecrackers voucher from Rups Big Bear.

People had to call Navtarang FM 96, Legend FM and Viti FM and make sounds of firecrackers to enter the competition.

44-year-old Devi says there is more reason for her to celebrate Diwali in a big way as one of her sisters who is in overseas for the last thirteen years is in Fiji to celebrate Diwali with her.

Devi says this Diwali has become very special for her as she has won Radio Navtarang's competition and her two sisters have come from abroad.

Devi adds she will celebrate Diwali with her family and neighbours and says that the spirit of unity should not only be displayed during this festival but people must stay united throughout the year and rest of their lives.
