Minister for Health and Medical Services, Rosy Akbar at the Health Ministry Senior Managers and officials meeting

We need to take ownership of our health facilities, maintain cleanliness and take the health services to a new level.

This has been reiterated by the Minister for Health and Medical Services, Rosy Akbar while speaking to Health Ministry Senior Managers and officials at a management meeting.

Akbar also highlighted that rural health facilities in particular have been neglected for quite a long time and the Health Managers need to act now to ensure that the services are enhanced.

She stresses that addressing the challenges will require teamwork.
