The Sheraton Fiji Golf and Beach Resort which opened after more than 2 years today following renovations works will employ 450 new and old workers.
The total cost for the renovation was $73 million.
The resort offers 300 rooms which feature a modern, sophisticated and premium interior design and guests have a choice of oceanfront or garden views.
It also includes a championship 18 hole golf course, 5 restaurants and bars, 4 swimming pools, synthetic and grass tennis courts, fitness centre, spa and beach.
Multi Property Vice President, Fiji and Samoa for Marriott International and General Manager for Sheraton and Westin Resorts in Fiji, Neeraj Chadha says the reopening of the resort brings a truly world class setting, service and scale of hospitality to Fiji.
He says the Sheraton team elevates local spirit to leave the best possible lasting memories.
