In a bid to combat waste and the use of virgin plastics, Nestlé Fiji has created a new look for their MAGGI noodles packaging with the same taste and 16 per cent less plastic.

The new look MAGGI noodle multipacks are wrapped with a new easy-to-separate sticker.

General Manager of Nestlé Fiji, Tim Inkster says consumers can be confident as they are still getting a Fijian-made product with the same great taste while making a better choice for the environment.

He says this packaging change is an exciting step in Nestlé’s local and global packaging commitment to reduce the use of virgin plastic.

Inkster further says they are helping to create a future where clever packaging and innovative new materials can reduce waste and plastic usage.

Nestlé has started distributing the new MAGGI noodle multipacks at local supermarkets for sale.
