Blues Captain Sonny Bill Williams will not be available to play the Highlanders this weekend.
Instead, the proud Muslim, profoundly affected by the acts of terrorism in Christchurch last Friday, will travel to the city in order to fundraise for, and offer his support to his grieving community.
Williams recently led the Blues to their first win of the season against the Sunwolves in round 4.
The Blues were on a bye last weekend and will face the Highlanders at 6.35pm this Friday.
On Saturday, the Hurricanes will face the Stormers at 6.35pm, the Waratahs take on the Crusaders at 8.45pm while the Sunwolves will meet the Lions at 10.55pm.
On Sunday the Bulls will face the Chiefs at 1.05am, the Sharks will take on the Rebels at 3.15am and the Reds will meet the Brumbies at 5.05pm.
