Western Force has defeated the Swire Shipping Fijian Latui 27-15 in their second match of the Rapid Rugby Competition.
Fiji started off strong with a try from half-back Frank Lomani in the first 5 minutes of the first half.
The Force replied with a try in the 16th minute of the game from Issak Leleiwasa and was converted by fly-half Andrew Deegan.
Latui committed a lot of mistakes and the Force took advantage of it which led to a 17-5 points difference at half time.
In the second half, the Fijian Latui continued to make a lot of mistakes, giving penalties away.
Two yellow cards were given to Fijian Latui Captain Mosese Voka and Prop Apisalome Vota for delaying the flow of the ball.
Fiji’s other tries came from Mesulame Dolokoto and Captain Mosese Voka while the Western Force tries was from Feleti Kaitu'u, Jack Mcgregor and Issak Leleiwasa.
