Vodafone Fiji Bati captain Kevin Naiqama says they will give their all against New Zealand in their Rugby League World Cup quarterfinal clash tomorrow as they want to prove money cannot buy World Cup happiness.

As debate rages over the financial incentives offered to Australian stars compared to rivals from minor nations, Naiqama is the smiling, as he believes the Bati players are putting their country before cash.

In the lead‑up to Fiji’s thrilling encounter against the Kiwis, Naiqama has shared that what they have is the rich bonding and unity in the team that money cannot buy.

The Fiji National Rugby League through the Fiji National Sports Commission had just announced a monetary support to the Bati but Naiqama says all is well in camp and they cannot wait to play tomorrow.

The Vodafone Fiji Bati will take on New Zealand at 7.30pm tomorrow.

In other quarter finals, Australia will play Samoa at 10.30 tonight, Tonga will face Lebanon at 5pm tomorrow while England will take on PNG at 6pm Sunday.

The winner of the Fiji and New Zealand match will play the winner of the Australia and Samoa match.
