“We want to make our defence as a form of attack.”

Those were the words of Vodafone Fiji 7's coach Ben Ryan as they head into the Scotland 7's with a much different approach and aim to win to the World Sevens Series title.

Ryan says they will not give any easy tries to other teams as Fiji has the most points scored in every game from last year.

Fiji will face Wales at 11.42pm this Saturday in the Scotland 7's. They take on Portugal at 2.48am on Sunday before playing  Scotland at 6.21am.

The cup quarter finals will start at 10.28pm Sunday, the cup semi finals will be at 1.58am next Monday while the cup final will be held at 5.20am Monday.
