Waratahs coach Daryl Gibson has admitted that his side's Super Rugby finals hopes is over after their loss to the Jaguares 23‑15 lastnight.
Waratahs who reached the semi‑final last year, have had a poor record in this year's Super Rugby Competition where they have won 5 games but lost eight.
Gibson says it is going to be very difficult for them to try and make a come back but he knows the boys will turn up and keep fighting.
After round 15 of the Super Rugby Competition defending champions, the Crusaders lead the overall standings with 53 points, followed by the Jaguares with 36 points, the Brumbies are in third place with 34 points while the Hurricanes are in fourth place with 40 points.
In matches coming up this Friday, the Blues will host the Bulls at 7.35pm, Rebels will take on the Waratahs at 9.45pm.
On Saturday, the Sunwolves will face the Brumbies at 5.15pm, Chiefs will host the Crusaders at 7.35pm while the Reds will take on the Jaguares at 9.45pm.
On Sunday, the Sharks will face the Hurricanes at 1.05am and the Lions will take on the Stormers at 3.15am.
