The Vodafone Fiji U20 have defeated Counties Manukau 31‑12 in their build up game for the Junior World Trophy in Portugal this month.
Head Coach Viliame Gadolo says this is the first time they are participating in this competition and are pooled with Georgia, Portugal and Uruguay.
Some of the overseas based players who will be part of the Under 20 team are England based Filimoni Savou who will be joining the team in Portugal, Auckland University Club flyhalf Vatili-ai Tuidraki who is also the captain.
Gadolo says they will be leaving for Portugal tomorrow.
The 2015 World Rugby Under 20 Trophy will be held from next Wednesday to the 25th of this month.
