The Vodafone Fiji U19 Soccer team is preparing mentally preparing for their second pool match against the Solomon Islands tomorrow at 1pm.

Head Coach, Bal Sanju Reddy says discipline is a key factor on and off the field.

He made these comments after Fijivillage raised the question of discipline in their first pool match where two key players were given yellow cards.

Reddy says there was a little bit of pressure in the first game because any first game is very important for any team to win.

The Head Coach says the focus now is to be more disciplined on the field of play and hope that they do not get any cards come the game against Solomon Islands.

He adds that their second pool match will be a very tough encounter as both Fiji and the Solomon Islands have won their first matches and whoever wins this game will have the advantage.

He says Solomon Islands also play constructive soccer like the Fijian side.

The Vodafone Fiji U19 Football Team will take on Solomon Islands tomorrow at 1pm in their second pool match of the OFC U19 Championship in Tahiti.

The team will then progress to take on New Caledonia on Monday at 4pm in their final pool match.
