All Blacks 7s veterans Tomasi Cama and Lote Raikabula have been included in the initial All Blacks Sevens squad preparing for the New Zealand and USA Sevens.
The pair were overlooked for the last two tournaments of the series, but made their return to the squad having last played in Gold Coast in round one.
Coach Sir Gordon Tietjens has named four new players to join the squad, with Dylan Collier, Josh Gordon, Rieko Ioane and Beauden Waaka all having impressed at the recent National Sevens.
Declan O’Donnell, Joe Tupe and Sam Vaka have all been left out of the squad due to injury.
The 16‑man squad will be cut down to 12 for the two tournaments, with the final team to be named next week.
New Zealand is pooled with England, Canada and Papua New Guinea.
Meanwhile the Vodafone Fiji 7s final 12 players will be named tomorrow.
