UEFA has reopened an investigation into French giants Paris St‑Germain's finances and spending.
This is after PSG was initially cleared of breaking Financial Fair Play rules in June, but European football's governing body said that decision would be reviewed.
Uefa's club financial control body has opted to refer the case back for further investigation.
In August 2017, PSG more than doubled the world record transfer fee when they spent 222m euros to sign Brazil forward Neymar from Barcelona.
They also signed Kylian Mbappe for 180m euros.
Meanwhile, three outstanding players of this year are awaiting the FIFA awards which will be held in London next Tuesday.
Cristiano Ronaldo, Luka Modric and Mohamed Salah are the finalists for the men's player award for 2018 ‑ with no place for Lionel Messi.
