USA national 7s team coach, Mike Friday has provided the challenge saying that they are determined to leave London in the same position on the series table as when they arrive.
USA is currently leading the HSBC 7s Series points table with 145 points, while Fiji is in second place with 142 points.
Friday says their attacking game has the capability to excel if they are both accurate and hungry on the importance to attain a Olympic qualification and retaining their lead in the World Series.
He adds that they are going up against opposition who are fighting for their survival and will need to be up to each and every challenge on Day One to give them a ticket to the big dance on Day Two.
USA is pooled with Australia, Wales and Spain in the London 7s.
Meanwhile, Fiji is pooled with Kenya, France and Samoa for the London 7s which will be played from the 25th to the 27th of this month.
