Tyson Fury says he is backing Kiwi world champion Joseph Parker to beat Anthony Joshua.
Fury, who may lose his prestigious Ring Magazine heavyweight belt to Parker or Joshua if he does not confirm a bout of his own by April, made the Parker prediction on the Pound for Pound podcast.
Fury says Parker is young and ambitious, he has got fast hands, he hits hard and he fights excellent against opponents who stand still and do not move.
Fury's endorsement of Parker is no surprise.
The pair are friends and partied together after Parker's win over Fury's cousin, Hughie, in Manchester last October despite Tyson Fury ranting at an official after Parker was declared the winner, on points.
Parker and Joshua are scheduled to fight on April 1st.
